Join Julie Parvati among the picturesque grapevines of Verde Vineyards. Classes are accessible to all levels. After class, the vineyard welcomes you to stay for a tasting. You may also bring a picnic, purchase a bottle, and enjoy the afternoon resting at the vineyard.
Please bring a mat and/or towel, sunscreen and water are also recommended. In the event of rain class will be cancelled; notifications will be sent to all pre-registered participants as well as posted on website and social media. Class payments will be applied to a future class unless refund is requested.
Lunch Break Quantum Breath Meditation
Wednesdays at Noon
Quantum Breath Meditation utilizes pranayama (breath) techniques to facilitate the quieting of the mind so that we can rest in stillness. It is in this stillness that meditation happens. Julie Parvati will provide guidance on the breath technique (if necessary) before guiding you through the session. Meditation will last about 15-20 minutes total. The Zoom room will remain open for a total of 30 minutes for any questions. This is free session to support you in your meditation journey; donations are appreciated. Click to register.
