Ayurveda and Holistic Nutrition focus of the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease. We will assess not only what you eat, but how you eat. We will look at lifestyle factors that contribute to and/or take away from your overall health. We will also analyze any pertinent information gathered by traditional “Western” nutritional assessment such as height, weight, food intake, and health history. All of these factors are important because each has a direct impact on the digestion and assimilation of nutrients; and those nutrients are the building blocks for everything in your body.
