True wellness comes from a balance in food, physical activity, and mental activity. Our approach to wellness comes from a combination of Western Nutrition, Ayurveda, and yoga. We believe that each person is an individual, and customize our work to each person’s needs. This allows us to meet you where you are in your wellness journey.

We offer Ayurvedic & Nutrition Consultations, Therapeutic Yoga, Private and Group Yoga Classes.
